We schedule deliveries between 8am and noon the day of your party and take them down from 6pm until dusk. Call us, we try to cater the best we can to your schedule. |

You get wet silly! Even though the rain cleanses and replenishes the earth, its not always convenient for our outdoor parties. A passing shower is OK but, heavy rain, thunderstorms, or high winds are cause for cancellation. In case of bad weather, you may reschedule the event or have your deposit refunded, but if you accept delivery there will be no refunds. |

The best location is to setup the unit on a grassy level area ,free of rocks, sticks, animal refuse, and clear of overhangs, wires, and tree branches. We can setup our units on maintained blacktop, instead of stakes we use sand bags and a heavy duty tarp. |

You need a regular grounded outlet (120V– 20 amp) to handle the inflatable blower. This outlet needs to be located within 100’ of the rental unit, and for safety we supply the commercial grade extension cord |
